This role offers a chance to lead impactful projects that improve and convert production lines worldwide, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will oversee a multicultural team of project managers, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery across global operations.Your MissionLead and develop a team of project managers across regions and cultures.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards, aligned with KPIs like OTIF and TTD.Collaborate with Product Management, Regional Services, and Sourcing teams to define strategies and optimize performance.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing transparent communication on project status, risks, and mitigation.Implement cost control measures and lead cost reduction initiatives with procurement teams.Select and implement project management tools and IT solutions to improve workflows.Represent project management in executive meetings, providing insights and strategic recommendations.Promote accountability, managerial courage, and continuous improvement culture.Your Profile5+ years leading multicultural, cross-functional project teams in industrial or manufacturing settings.Engineering background with formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).Experience managing multiple projects, balancing time, cost, and quality.Experience working with sourcing, supply chain, and operations on supplier selection and cost optimization.Proficiency in English; French and/or Italian skills are a plus.Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and implementing corrective actions.Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
