Within the Value Delivery team, our focus is specifically tailored to engage with key functional areas such as Investments, Risk, and Sustainability, although project work often exposes us to a broader spectrum, including Technology, Operations, and Data specialists. Our commitment to delivering excellence extends beyond software; we take pride in offering a differentiated service.In this role, you will:Own relationships with client teams including senior management to understand their business objectives and needs, and help them use Aladdin expertise to achieve their firm’s goals.Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, driving to identify, understand, and solve complex analytical problems.Partner with senior client stakeholders to shape business objectives into measurable commercial outcomes that strengthen long-term relationships and drive account growth.Drive engagement campaigns with end users and go-to market strategies to increase Aladdin penetration and commercial outcomes within assigned client segments.Build strong internal relationships within the Aladdin Business, and the wider BlackRock, in support of your clients.Develop a deep understanding of your client’s business objectives, and help leverage Aladdin expertise to achieve their organization’s goals.Provide impactful solutions, combining investment lifecycle expertise with your knowledge of financial markets.Work closely with Aladdin product managers, developers, and financial modelers to further the value proposition of the Aladdin platform.We have:The feel of a start-up with the backing of the world’s largest asset manager.A dynamic environment with professional growth opportunities and a welcoming employee culture.Sophisticated clients who call on our expertise to achieve strategic objectives ranging from streamlining workflows to implementing creative and innovative solutions.An organization that prides itself on delivering a superior user experience.You have:4+ years of experience in Financial Services, Technology, Consulting or Buy Side firm.Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Economics, Accounting, or Finance is preferred.Familiarity with capital markets instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives) including private markets such as private equity, infrastructure, real assets etc.Familiarity with buy-side investment management or middle-office workflows.A consultative approach to understanding client needs and a passion for solving problems, combined with a commercial mindset and drive for revenue generating opportunities.Strong communication skills, demonstrating clarity, influence, and consistency in interactions across internal and external audiences.Strong interest in technology, with prior knowledge of databases and an aptitude for learning new systems.A self-starter mindset and drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary global team.Emotional ownership, pride in what you do and a strong team ethos.Fluency in French and English, with strong business communication skills in both languages.You may have:Prior experience in client relationship management, sales, Aladdin, or other financial technology is a plus.Strong project management skills, and the ability to deliver large complex projects.Familiarity with maintaining a CRM like Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus.Understanding of data interfacing, e.g., APIs, SFTPs.A working knowledge of SQL, VBA or similar, and/or Aladdin.CFA, FRM or other professional qualifications.Our benefitsTo help you stay energized, engaged and inspired, we offer a wide range of employee benefits including: retirement investment and tools designed to help you in building a sound financial future; access to education reimbursement; comprehensive resources to support your physical health and emotional well-being; family support programs; and Flexible Time Off (FTO) so you can relax, recharge and be there for the people you care about.Our hybrid work modelBlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all.
