Four Seasons Resort Megève is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigades, preparing sauces, cold meats, vegetables, and assisting in pastry and hot/cold prep as needed.
You will rotate across stations under a Chef de Partie or Sous-C Chef, with a 39-hour seasonal contract. Fluent French and English required; legal right to work in France. Staff housing options and meals provided are part of the package.
