About The Job The Head of marketing will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth for OSS Ventures and its portfolio companies. Your role will be pivotal in amplifying brand visibility, generating high-quality leads, and supporting founders in scaling their marketing efforts. Responsibilities Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for OSS Ventures, aligning with core business objectives. Provide strategic marketing guidance and support to portfolio companies, including go-to-market plans, branding, and content initiatives. Manage content marketing across various channels such as blogs, newsletters, and social media with five target audiences: LPs, VCs, Portfolio Startups, external startups for deal‑flow & potential investors. Collaborate with the revenue team to optimize lead generation and nurture campaigns. Analyze marketing performance metrics to drive data‑informed strategies and adjustments. Coordinate with portfolio marketing teams. Assist investor communications with a quarterly investor newsletter and yearly LP events. Organise events and trade shows. Animate an industrial community through a content strategy. Manage a marketing intern. Performance Indicators Increase in brand awareness and engagement across digital channels. Growth in qualified leads for OSS Ventures and support for the marketing success of portfolio startups. Effective and measurable marketing campaigns leading to increased acquisition and retention. About You Mandatory 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and content strategy. Proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing. Strong background in lead generation, performance marketing, and data analytics. Additional Learning Deep understanding of the industrial sector and its unique marketing challenges. Advanced skills in marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Overall Expected Behaviors Proactive: Anticipate and address challenges; seize opportunities.
