Notre ambition : proposer l’ingrédient le plus clean, nutritif et durable du marché, et permettre à la société de réduire sa dépendance aux protéines animales. 🚀 Le contexte Proche De Notre Série A Et Avec Un Prototype Validé Par Le Marché, Nous Entrons Dans Une Phase De Structuration Et De Passage à L’échelle. Nous Cherchons Un Chief Of Staff Pour Accompagner Les Fondateurs Dans Cette Nouvelle Étape. structurer la croissance interne (organisation, outils, recrutements, rituels) et accélérer la stratégie business (marketing, offres, levées de fonds, coordination de projets transverses). C’est un poste avec montée souhaitée au CODIR, au cœur de la stratégie d’entreprise, directement rattaché au CEO, en forte collaboration avec le COO et le CTO (3 cofondateurs). 🎯 Tes missions Soutenir la stratégie (avec le CEO) Challenger et formaliser la stratégie business et marketing études de marché, veille concurrentielle, tests d’offres, pricing, allocation budgétaire coordination de prestataires (brand, growth, RP…) Aider à préparer les board packs, notes stratégiques et présentations investisseurs Participer à la construction du discours public (pitchs, conférences, communication corporate) Structurer la croissance (avec le COO) Poser les fondations d’une organisation scalable : org chart, process, outils, rituels managériaux Piloter le plan de recrutement : chasser, interviewer, onboarder les nouveaux talents Piloter la structuration de l'entreprise avec les ressources internes et externes cabinet RH externe, responsable administratifet financier, office management Mettre en place et améliorer les outils internes (CRM, Notion, reporting, OKR…) Conduire des projets transverses Contribuer activement aux levées de fonds et au suivi des investisseurs Piloter les appels à projets publics (BPI, programmes européens, etc.) Gérer des chantiers de structuration stratégique (nouveaux marchés, nouvelles offres, partenariats) 👤 Le profil idéal 7 à 12 ans d’expérience dans un rôle à fort impact (ex-consultant stratégie / transformation, ex-Chief of Staff, Head of Ops ou profil startup studio) Experience en agroalimentaire exigée Capacité à naviguer entre vision stratégique et exécution concrète Solide esprit analytique, excellente communication écrite et orale (français / anglais) Intérêt fort pour la foodtech, la deeptech, l’impact environnemental et les modèles industriels Esprit curieux, exigeant et enthousiaste ; fidèle à nos valeurs : ambition, humilité, créativité. 💚 Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?
