Your Mission We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Community Relations team at BlaBlaCar on a 6-month internship starting February 2026. This won’t be a typical “support” internship - you’ll be a true Project Manager and your role will be to hold the reins of high-stakes projects, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring delivery excellence. You will be reporting to Diane-Elody Ribes, manager of the Process & Project Management team (7 people). This role is designed for a high-potential candidate seeking autonomy, responsibility, and a real-world leadership challenge. Your responsibilities 1. End-to-End Project Ownership - Orchestrate Execution: Oversee the daily progress of at least 3 complex projects, ensuring they remain on scope and on time. - Resource Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, quality, training etc.), ensuring resources are unblocked and aligned with roadmap constraints. - Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or risks and propose solutions. - Maintain high rigor of documentation. 2. Stakeholder Management & Reporting - Acting Face of the Project: Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners/clients. - Executive Reporting: Prepare and present weekly status reports to the Leadership team. Your qualifications Educational Background:Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree, MBA or Engineering Degreefrom a top-tier Business or Engineering School. Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum) Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization) to track KPIs. A knowledge of Tableau would be appreciated. Structured Thinking: You have an organized mind capable of breaking down complex chaos into actionable steps. Great writing skills for clear, concise, and professional documentation and communication Full working proficiency in English Fit with our BlaBlaPrinciples Thriving in a collaborative, fast-growing and innovative environment Ability to take ownership, aligned with business priorities. You anticipate needs and take ownership of the outcome, not just the task. Nice to have: - Be used to working with organizational tools (ex: Jira, Trello, ClickUp…) - You’ve completed one (or more) previous internships in Project Management, Consulting, or Operations.
