Senior Tech & Product Recruiter – (x/f/m) Doctolib is looking for a Senior Tech & Product Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Berlin. You will be a key player to ensure we achieve our ambitious hiring goals while helping us re‑shape the way we think, work, and collaborate. You will advise and collaborate with the Engineering & Product leaders to ensure hiring excellency while attracting the best talent. What You’ll Do Recruit top tech talent critical to delivering an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare. Drive the TA Tech teams’ talent attraction strategies—from building sourcing strategies to mastering closing. Own the end‑to‑end recruitment life cycle, including stakeholder briefing, sourcing, assessment & closing. Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage passive tech talent. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through strategic networking, Boolean searches, and leveraging both traditional and innovative sourcing channels. Drive expectation‑setting conversations, leveraging data to be a strategic partner to our tech leaders. Advocate for candidates to ensure the best experience. Focus on recruitment operational excellence by leveraging tools to enhance metrics on quality of hire, candidate experience, and time to hire. Who You Are If you don’t meet all the requirements below but believe this opportunity matches your expectations and experience, we still encourage you to apply 5+ years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast‑growing or scale‑up environment. Experience working with a high‑growth staff plan in a KPI‑driven environment. Proven experience in direct talent sourcing techniques and tools. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, articulating a compelling vision. Experience collaborating and influencing tech and product leaders. Strong problem‑solving skills with a solutions‑first approach. User‑first attitude, listening to and understanding stakeholder needs & perspectives. Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to transform healthcare. Full proficiency in English; German or French language skills are a plus.
