Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to hire a Digital Product Owner in ParisReal impact, real innovation, real ownershipWe’re on the lookout for a Digital Product Owner to join Sanofi’s R&D Accelerator , a fast growing team building powerful digital tools that help get new therapies to patients faster. This role is all about owning a clinical data platform used by physicians to evaluate patient data during clinical trials , a product that’s already live and scaling fast, with plenty of room to grow, shape and experiment.About the roleThis is not a coordination job. This is true product ownership .You’ll take the lead on a web based product designed to help doctors make faster, smarter decisions during clinical trials. Built fully in house and launched in June, the product is already used daily across Sanofi by a wide internal user base. There’s no legacy mess , no pile of inherited backlog, just space to build, test and deliver real value.You’ll work with a talented team of developers and collaborate with a second PO focused on the data layer. Your focus : driving the web experience forward, championing value creation, and bringing fresh ideas to life in a high autonomy, high ownership setup.What you’ll be doingDefine and own the product vision, roadmap and prioritiesLead backlog refinement, sprint planning and agile ceremoniesPartner with developers, researchers and stakeholders to ensure alignmentPromote hypothesis driven development , not feature dumpingConstantly ask : why are we building this and where’s the valuePush for meaningful metrics and help the business understand value creationBring energy, ideas and creativity to the table, we want more than executionCommunicate clearly and confidently with both tech and business teamsYou’ll thrive here if you...Have real product ownership experience in a digital and agile setupKnow how to lead cross functional teams and ship products end to endThink in outcomes , not just outputs, you love solving problems, not ticking boxesHave a proactive mindset , you don’t wait to be told what to doAre curious and fast learning , you get excited by new domains and fresh challengesLove talking to users, gathering feedback, and shaping solutions that matterCommunicate like a pro and keep everyone on the same pageSpeak and write English fluently or at a professional level , as it is the working language across teamsNice to have (but not a deal breaker)Experience with clinical trials, healthcare or life sciencesWorked on data heavy products before or understand the power of usage dataComfortable with technical conversations and collaborating closely with engineersHave ideas and aren’t afraid to test them, creativity is highly valued hereWhy this role is specialThe product is already live at scale , you can make impact from day oneIt’s a fresh build , no legacy blockers, lots of space for creativityYou’ll work with a team that values experimentation, feedback and autonomyYou’ll have real ownership of product vision and be trusted to leadYou’ll be part of Sanofi’s broader digital transformation, where AI meets R&D #J-18808-Ljbffr
