As a Digital Product Owner/Product Manager what you should expect:

- Working in close collaboration with the UX/UI designer, you will explore the end user needs and pain points.
- Define a process workflow aiming to improve the as-is and adjusting to the purpose of digitalization.
- Contribute to the Ideation and Design phase (lead by the UX/UI designer)
- Once the solution is defined and consolidated with the end user you will split up the solution into workable backlog items and share them with the development team.
- Translate the product roadmap into a backlog and prioritize it accordingly.
- Work closely with Technical Solution team representing the end user.
- Support the Testing phase in conjunction with our QA team

- Must have_:_
- Higher education (preferably on STEM area)
- Good verbal and written communication and persuasion skills
- Fluent English (both spoken and written)
- Passion for technology product development
- +5 years experience as Product Owner preferably in Insurance/Finance contextg
- Knowledge of digital journey
- Nice to have_:_
- _ Previous experience as a Technology Business Analyst_
- _ Experience of working on the full IT project lifecycle_
- _ Exposure to Web / digital technologies applied Fintech_
