AWS France is seeking an exceptional leader to drive our GenAI and AI/ML business across the country. Position Overview As the GenAI/AI/ML Leader for France, you will build and lead the sales strategy for AWS' AI/ML and GenAI products through a senior team. You'll be responsible for driving the most critical AI/ML engagements, working with partners, and building initiatives that deliver results for our customers. Key Job Responsibilities Lead and develop the AWS AI/ML business strategy across France Build and manage a team of AI/ML specialists across key market segments Drive customer adoption through sales strategies Engage with C-suite executives, data scientists, and technical leaders Develop compelling ROI and business cases for AWS GenAI solutions Partner with major system integrators and technology partners Identify and develop new market opportunities and GenAI use cases Provide strategic input to product teams based on customer feedback Work closely with Database, Analytics, and Storage teams Own revenue targets and business growth objectives Qualifications 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, pre-sales, or business development in software/cloud/SaaS Proven track record of leading and developing high‑performing teams Experience working with Data Scientists and ML professionals 2+ years of AI sales or business development experience Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and business applications Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Fluency in French and English Experience with AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Q for Business) Leadership experience in consulting or large enterprise organizations Track record of building and scaling business operations Experience speaking at industry conferences and events Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Equal Employment Opportunity Amazon est un employeur engagé pour l'égalité des chances.
