Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance operations for alarm and network security systems: access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance.
- Provide user training.
- Ensure customer satisfaction: act as an advisor and attentive contact for clients.
Requirements
- Technical education in electrotechnics, electronics or related IT field (technical qualifications such as BEP, Bac Pro, BTS or an equivalent 2-year degree in Electrotechnics, Home Automation, IT, Low Voltage, etc.) or AFPA TSSIV training.
- Autonomous and motivated.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands‑on field experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic security solutions, with knowledge of configuration and programming of electronic security management systems.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, etc.).
- Knowledge of, or willingness to develop skills on, the following systems and solutions:
- Intrusion: Aritech / Honeywell / Others (Vanderbilt, etc.)
- Video: Hikvision / Truvision / Foxbox (thermal detection)
- Access control: Aritech (via CDC4) / Eden Réseau, radio, etc.
- Proficient with the Windows environment and MS Office.
- Knowledge of APSAD standards (R81, R82, D83 or D32) would be a plus.
- Valid driving licence (Category B) required.
