About Us & Position Summary
A forward-thinking brand specializing in innovative and inclusive shapewear, loungewear, and underwear is looking to enhance its team in France. We are seeking a Sales Associate for our corner at Le Bon Marché. This role involves both back-of-house/replenishment tasks and front-of-house selling, requiring dedication to customer service, a love for fashion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
- Maintain the visual standards of the pop-up shop.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory, restock shelves as needed, and handle replenishment.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous retail experience.
- Competence in stock room management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
- Passion for the brand and its products.
