We are live in thousands of restaurants across the US, UK and France with ambitious plans to scale even faster. 💼 About The Role We’re hiring a Growth Lead Europe to own and execute sunday’s digital acquisition strategy across Europe, with a focus on France and the UK. Your mission: build a powerful and scalable growth engine that brings in qualified leads and drives real revenue. From SEO to paid campaigns, cold outreach to lead magnets, you’ll lead high-impact campaigns designed to generate pipeline and win new markets. You’ll take full ownership of the acquisition funnel and be directly accountable for two key KPIs: 🧲 # of net-new qualified accounts generated 💰 Estimated Monthly Net Revenue (EMNR) from marketing-sourced leads You’ll play a central role in expanding sunday’s presence in Europe, working closely with local sales teams to align marketing execution with commercial goals. As sunday grows, we expect you to progressively build, mentor, and lead your own growth team, shaping the function and its capabilities across Europe. Key Responsibilities Own the EU demand generation roadmap and budget Develop, execute, and optimize acquisition campaigns across: Paid search (SEA) SEO Social Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Website optimization Cold email & LinkedIn outreach Lead magnets, forms, pop-ups, and downloadables Backlink strategy and authority-building partnerships Drive consistent flow of qualified leads aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Pipeline & Revenue Contribution Build and manage reporting systems to measure EMNR and contribution to pipeline Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure seamless MQL → SQL → Opportunity conversion Track CAC, CPL, EMNR and implement A/B testing frameworks to improve results Constantly refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix based on real-time performance Creative & Messaging Strategy Partner with product marketing, design, and content to deliver high-performing ad creatives and landing pages Adapt tone, positioning, and offers for the FR & UK market Create campaign playbooks that can be rolled out and scaled across other regions About You 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment Strong experience running multi-channel acquisition campaigns end-to-end Deep understanding of conversion funnels, campaign attribution, and lead scoring Familiar with tools like SalesForce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Looker/BI tools, etc. Sharp analytical mindset with a creative twist—able to turn numbers into action Self-starter, data-driven, results-obsessed Fluent French speaker with professional-level English proficiency Bonus: experience in the hospitality tech industry or selling to SMBs Compensation, Perks & Benefits Competitive salary Equity package so you can be a part of sunday’s growth story Fast-track management opportunity to build and lead your own team Free vacation policy 100% paid medical coverage for you and your children 50% of public transportation covered Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Other IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at sunday by 2x Get notified about new Growth Specialist jobs in Paris, Île-de-France, France. #J-18808-Ljbffr
