Responsible for the entire procurement process for product categories in the France overseas warehouse, including but not limited to: warehouse equipment (shelves, forklifts, WMS system, etc.), packaging materials (cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, labels, etc.), and localized services (warehousing operations outsourcing, maintenance, cleaning, and security, etc.);
Develop, evaluate, and manage high-quality local supplier resources, and establish and maintain long-term partnerships;
Lead procurement negotiations, contract signing, and execution tracking to ensure cost optimization, quality compliance, and on‑time delivery;
Collaborate with operations, finance, and legal departments to complete compliance reviews and risk control of the procurement process;
Regularly output procurement data analysis reports to support business decision‑making and budget planning;
Participate in the formulation of localized procurement strategies and promote the implementation of cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects.

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field;
At least 1 year of experience in procurement or logistics, with a background in e-commerce/cross-border logistics preferred;
Language skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese; French C1 level or above preferred;
Familiar with the French market environment, laws, regulations, and business practices;
Strong negotiation, data analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration skills;
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to adapt to a fast‑paced, multitasking work environment;
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
