Here, you’ll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.About the RoleThe Omnichannel Marketing Principal EMEA HS&P will report to Group Marketing Manager EMEA Downstream HS&P.The role will partner with HS&P Downstream Product managers, GPO Lead, Divisional Omnichannel teams and Corporate Marketing and Communications to lead HS&P Omnichannel and Content Strategy, defining customer journeys and content mix for our upcoming omnichannel campaigns.This position can be based in one of the main BSC European office hubs (Kerkrade, Düsseldorf, Madrid, Milan, Hemel Hempstead, Voisins Le Bretonneux), is hybrid (will require you to be in the office 3 days per week) and may require up to 15% travel.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeOmnichannel & Content Strategy definitionSupport the Group Marketing Manager Downstream HS&P in the definition of the content strategy and communication yearly plan and budgetLead the design of customer personas and integrated customer journeys across channelsPartner with Downstream Product Managers and GPO Lead to orchestrate planning, design and execution of content strategy and omnichannel campaignsDevelop social media strategy to increase awareness & customer engagementOmnichannel & Content Strategy executionCollaborate with Downstream Product Managers and GPO Lead to drive content development and execution of omnichannel campaignsCollaborate side by side with EMEA Digital Marketing COE to coordinate execution of digital campaignsLead the selection and management of external agencies for omnichannel initiatives: develop creative briefs, manage content creation & copywriting and content approvalCoordinate maintenance of existing HS&P portfolio of content and create new content where there are gaps and opportunities.Manage creative and designs, in line with Boston Scientific’s brand standards, and act as brand ambassador.Drive change management within HS&P to integrate omnichannel and content strategy within our marketing organizationApply operating models, processes, tools and technologies along with the content lifecycle.Collaborate with Corporate Marketing Team to ensure alignment and best practice sharing at EMEA levelPerformance Tracking & CommunicationLeverage customer data & insight across sales & marketing, from digital & F2F touchpoints to close the loop and optimize omnichannel strategyMonitor KPIs, perform content analysis and recommend optimizing and ensuring the effectiveness of multichannel strategies and marketing content.Collaborate on budget management.What We Are Looking for in YouExperience & Background5+ years of experience in Integrated Marketing Communications (B2B or B2C), including deploying content strategy and plans into high quality marketing content.Professional experience in MedTech is preferred; exposure to downstream or commercial product management is a strong advantage.Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or other relevant fields.Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a plus.Content management & SEO - Knowledge about SEO and content production for various digital, social media and other channels is an advantage.Communication & Storytelling – Able to translate data and value propositions into compelling narratives for internal and external audiences.Execution Excellence – Proven ability to drive initiatives from strategy to implementation in complex, matrixed environments.Influence & Cross-Functional Collaboration – Skilled in working with stakeholders across divisions, countries, and functions.Courage & Ownership – Comfortable challenging assumptions, taking decisions, and driving accountability.Data & Insights – Strong analytical capabilities, including forecasting, performance tracking, and customer insights synthesis.Core BehaviorsI deliver what matters – Focus on high-impact priorities and outcomes.Global collaboration – Work seamlessly across teams and geographies.Requisition ID:620298As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most – united by a deep caring for human life.
