Duration: 9 months (CDD – Maternity Leave Replacement), ASAP. Your Mission As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for Allianz Direct, you will step into a pivotal role to support our strategic growth and transformation during the maternity leave period of our HRBP. You will focus on managerial support, key HR processes, and integration specifics, leading major strategic projects and supporting accelerated growth, particularly following the acquisition of Eurofil, expanding from 90 to over 400 employees. Key Responsibilities Provide coaching and support to managers in Operations. Offer daily disciplinary, legal, and social support. Monitor performance, calibration, and support salary reviews. Coordinate and oversee recruitment for the assigned population. Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes. Oversee compensation, talent management, internal mobility, and Learning & Development. Support and monitor the Annual Employee Survey. Harmonize HR policies and field practices for acquired entities Luko and Eurofil. Manage change and support teams through transitions. Align internal communications, support, and clarify processes. Lead major strategic HR projects to support growth and transformation. Must Have 2–5 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar role. Ability to work autonomously, support managers, and handle daily HR matters independently. Comfortable in an operational and multi‑site context. Ability to represent the HR function on‑site and be a reliable support for local managers. Comfort with ambiguity, dynamic environments, and integration phases. Fluency in French and English (spoken and written). Nice to Have Experience managing HR processes during rapid growth phases.
