We’ve created a collaborative work environment that supports innovative ways of working and promotes a healthy work-life balance.***Role Overview***Due to the transversal nature of our team and the large volume of information we manage, highly skilled team members often spend significant time on repetitive, low-value tasks—such as responding to recurring queries, manually updating process data, searching for relevant documentation, and preparing communication materials. This reduces productivity and delays strategic initiatives like onboarding new technologies or evolving the platform.We aim to leverage AI capabilities to support the team in their daily work. Your mission will be to study, analyze, and implement AI-based solutions and recommendations that address these challenges.***Key Responsibilities**** **Needs Analysis**: Conduct a thorough study of current team’s workflows to identify pain points and high-impact use cases. Evaluate which AI tools and platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, Power Automate) are best suited for integration.* **External Assistant Design**: Build a chatbot for external stakeholders to reduce support load by sharing useful information such as processes, product details, and onboarding guides.* **Internal Assistant Design**: Develop a virtual assistant for internal use to help team members quickly find relevant information, automate routine tasks (e.g., reminders, backlog updates), and streamline communication.* **Tool Recommendations**: Explore and propose additional AI tools that can assist with daily :* Generating presentation decks from structured data* Automating documentation and content creation* Conducting market research using AI summarization* **Iterative Development**: Prototype and refine the assistant based on user feedback and usage patterns. Ensure integration with internal knowledge bases like Confluence and SharePoint.***About the ideal candidate**** You are currently studying engineering or have equivalent experience* You have good proficiency in English* You enjoy solving problems and building new solutions* You are interested in learning and development* You thrive in a collaborative and multicultural environment* **Required Skills (Hard) – Must‑have:** Java or c++, REST APIs, Docker/Kubernetes basics, Git , Maven* **Required Skills (Hard)** – **Nice‑to‑have**: & CI/CD (ArgoCD), OpenTelemetry fundamentals, unit/integration testing, performance basics.***Application process***You are applying to a generic offer.
