Job Description You will lead and scale our revenue operations stack, owning processes, data, and insights across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Responsibilities Own and continuously improve the Opp‑to‑Cash stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Hyperline, and related tools). Ensure high‑quality, analysis‑ready revenue data across the full customer lifecycle. Build automations and scalable processes that reduce manual work and increase accuracy. Deliver actionable reporting on pipeline health, forecasting, expansion opportunities, and churn risk. Proactively surface white‑space, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities. Align Marketing and Sales operations, including funnel definitions, lead routing, scoring, and attribution. Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders, driving adoption and change. Preferred Experience & Skills Strong experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Operations in a SaaS environment. Deep expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot for marketing purposes, including data models, automations, and reporting. Experience with billing or cash tools (Hyperline, Chargebee, or similar). Solid understanding of SaaS revenue metrics, ARR, renewals, and expansion. Ability to translate and adapt business needs into scalable processes and systems. English is required. French is not required. Recruitment Process Introductory call with Laurine, Talent Manager (30 min). Management interview with Luciana (VP Revenues & Care), David (Senior VP Global Sales), and Valentin (CFO) (1 h). Case study interview with Luciana, David, and Team (1 h 30 min). Team‑fit interview with Abin (Revenue Ops), Felix (CRM Manager), and Jon (Digital Analyst) (45 min). Final call with Jean‑Rémi (CEO) or Anna (VP of People) (30 min).
