We are now looking for a Field Service Coordinator to join our team working for a better future. The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Surgères, France, but can be remote with frequent travel to Surgères. What you will be doing You will oversee and coordinate field service resources and activities at sites, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsible for the successful completion of field services electrical activities (troubleshooting, commissioning, FAT, laying cable paths, running, and connecting cables, electrical modifications of cabinets, mainboards, connecting automation cabinets, assemblies' overhauls and repairs on assemblies on site and/or in workshops). Manages and oversees teams of electricians and/or subcontractors. Provides expert technical guidance and support to field service teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes. Mentors and develops field service personnel, promoting skill enhancement and professional growth. Participates in schedule and co‑activity monitoring. Participates in the interaction with customers during the work execution. Supports continuous improvement initiatives within the field service domain, enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery. Captures lessons learned from field location to continuously improve activities. Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and the set of guidelines, processes, and customer site procedures during field service activities. Completes needed reporting and administrative activities. Required qualifications Experience of field service practices and processes. Possesses proficient technical knowledge on electrical and automation. Experience in establishing guidelines and professional knowledge to resolve operational issues. Teamwork and Leadership: Coordinates, plans and prioritises activities of field service projects to ensure timely delivery. Participe aux interactions avec les clients pendant l'exécution des travaux. Soutient les initiatives d'amélioration continue dans le domaine des Field services, améliorant l'efficacité opérationnelle et la prestation de services. Capture les leçons apprises du site pour améliorer continuellement les activités. Assure la conformité aux réglementations en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement et aux ensembles de directives, processus et procédures du site client lors des activités de Field services. Complète les activités de reporting et administratives nécessaires. Pour réussir dans ce rôle, nous attendons de vous : Expérience des pratiques et processus de Field services. Possède des connaissances techniques approfondies en électricité et en automatisation. Expérience dans l'établissement de lignes directrices et de connaissances professionnelles pour résoudre les problèmes opérationnels. Travail d'équipe et leadership : Coordonne, planifie et priorise les activités des projets de Field services pour assurer une livraison en temps voulu. Développe et maintient des relations internes / externes positives continues pertinentes à son propre domaine de travail.
