Want to join the ride? We are now looking for a Field Service Coordinator to join our team working for a better future. The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Surgères, France but can be remote with frequent travel to Surgères What you will be doing You will oversee and coordinate field service resources and activities at sites, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsible for the successful completion of field services electrical activities (troubleshooting, commissioning, FAT, laying cable paths, running, and connecting cables, electrical modifications of cabinets, mainboards, connecting automation cabinets, assemblies’ overhauls and repairs on assemblies on site and/or in workshops). Manages and oversees teams of electricians and/or subcontractors. Provides expert technical guidance and support to field service teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes. Mentors and develops field service personnel, promoting skill enhancement and professional growth. Participates to the schedule and co-activity monitoring. Participates to the interaction with customers during the work execution. Supports continuous improvement initiatives within the field service domain, enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery. Captures lessons learned from field location to continuously improve activities. Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and the set of guidelines, processes, and customer site procedures during field service activities. Completes needed reporting and administrative activities. To be successful in this role we expect you to have: Experience of field service practices and processes. Possesses proficient technical knowledge on electrical and automation. Experience in establishing guidelines and professional knowledge to resolve operational issues. Teamwork and Leadership: Coordinates, plans and prioritizes activities of field service projects to ensure timely delivery. Develops and maintains ongoing positive internal/external relationships relevant to own area of work. Why you and us?
