The Global Internal Auditor travels worldwide about 50 to 60% of the time and interacts with all levels of the organization, including members of the executive committee.Your roleYou will report to the Global Internal Audit Manager for the EMEA region, who reports to the Senior Vice President of Global Internal Audit of the group.Location: Le Hive site, Rueil-Malmaison, France.Your missionsGlobal Internal Audit focuses on:Compliance and adherence to the TRUST charterKey risks and weaknesses, including organizational and strategic issuesReview of operational processes (finance, treasury, credit, pricing and commercial efficiency, R&D, procurement, projects & services, manufacturing, logistics, HR & control environment, and IT)Your main responsibilitiesLead internal auditsManage the audit and relationship with auditeesDefine the work program and assign it to team membersOrganize fieldwork and coach team membersDraft key findings for the auditee and senior managementProvide the final report and executive summary to the Group CEO, CFO, and Audit CommitteeFollow up with auditees to ensure effective implementation of action plans in line with audit recommendationsConduct interviews, tests, and data analyses to identify root causes and assess process efficiency and effectivenessPropose recommendations to achieve compliance, improve efficiency, and add business valuePresent recommendations to local and senior managementYour profileMinimum 7 years of experience as an Auditor (internal or external) or Consultant in a consulting firmEnglish and French: fluent level mandatoryYour skillsAnalytical and synthetic mindsetSolution- and business-oriented (ability to understand the audit context)Excellent communication (oral and written)Team spirit and collaborationWe offerOur offer includes an attractive package and goes well beyond.
