Les principales missions du Content Manager : Définir et piloter la stratégie de contenu Skillup Actualiser et veiller à l'application de la plateforme de marque sur l'ensemble des supports Actualiser les convictions de Skillup sur différents enjeux RH (transformation des organisations management rétention des talents productivité RH IA etc) Gérer le planning éditorial de création et diffusion des contenus (web article livre blanc conférence post linkedIn ads cas client mails et newsletter etc). Mesurer l'impact des contenus via des KPI concrets (téléchargement taux d'adoption des contenus par les équipes commerciales etc) pour identifier des leviers d'optimisation Développer une connaissance précise de l'audience RH Réaliser une veille régulière des tendances RH et actualités du marché Maintenir un benchmark à jour des stratégies de contenus en SaaS BtoB Interviewer régulièrement des DRH experts et scientifiques pour comprendre les enjeux stratégies bonnes pratiques et innovations RH pour optimiser la gestion des talents Analyser la data propriétaire de Skillup pour proposer des analyses inédites sur des sujets RH Solliciter régulièrement les commerciaux pour collecter leurs insights marchés besoins de contenus et feedbacks sur la pertinence des ressources mise à leur disposition Créer des contenus à forte valeur ajoutée pour les RH Pour chaque projet identifier les canaux de diffusion à privilégier et imaginer des concepts créatifs en fonction de l'objectif d'acquisition ou de notoriété. Proposer des idées de contenu en cohérence avec 3 enjeux : aider les RH à construire leur stratégie et gagner en expertise métier soutenir la stratégie marketing de génération de rendez-vous qualifiés répondre aux besoins des commerciaux et les aider à accélérer leur cycle de vente Coordonner la production de contenus avec les parties prenantes (copywriting design intégration) Briefer les sales pour qu'ils s'approprient le contenu Coordonner la diffusion sur nos différents canaux En collaboration avec nos growth marketers : Site web : mise à jour et optimisation du contenu (home pages produits LP etc) SEO / GEO : co-construire une stratégie SEO / GEO impactante et coordonner la rédaction d'articles Ads : optimiser la rédaction d'Ads (AB testing de wordings adaptation des contenus etc) En collaboration avec notre event & community manager contribuer à la préparation de conférences / webinars et à la communication autour des événements En collaboration avec les commerciaux coordonner la production de contenus d'aide à la vente (séquences présentations commerciales etc) Tu seras owner à 100% des canaux de notoriété : Réseaux sociaux : piloter la stratégie social media créer et publier des contenus engageants développer des relations avec les influenceurs RH et animer des communautés externes (groupes FB forums Reddit etc) Thought leadership : proposer un positionnement éditorial aux fondateurs et animer un planning de posts pour leurs comptes LinkedIn personnels Newsletter : proposer un concept créatif différentiant pour augmenter le nombre de subscribers animer le planning éditorial créer et publier les newsletters Presse : coordonner des campagnes de presse pour couvrir nos actualités (étude cas client etc) Required Experience : Manager Key Skills Income Tax General Maintenance Content Writing Flash Application Programming Employment Type : Full-Time Experience : years Vacancy : 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
