The selectedcandidate will be responsible for leading a team indelivering high-availability IT infrastructure supportin a hybrid 24/7 and 5/8 shift environment. This role ison-site, and the exact location will be confirmed priorto onboarding. Candidates should be based in or near theÎle-de-France region or willing to relocate.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a team responsible for 24/7 and 5/8 shiftcoverage for data center operations, ensuringcompliance with service SLAs and responsetimelinesOversee and execute scheduled tasks, incidents, andtemporary work ordersIdentify operational risks and lead continuousimprovement of EOP (Emergency OperatingProcedures)Independently execute SOP-based work orders andcontribute to ongoing optimization of processquality and efficiencyLead by example in building a stable, reliable, andefficient teamCoordinate cross-functional projects usingstructured project management tools andmethodologiesDrive operational excellence and exceed deliveryexpectationsRequired QualificationsAssociate degree or above (or equivalent), inComputer Science or related fields3+ years of industry experience in IT infrastructureor data center operationsMinimum 3 years of professional work experienceSkills & AttributesStrong hands-on skills in IT infrastructure and datacenter operationsTeam leadership, staff scheduling, and shiftcoordinationFamiliarity with SOP/EOP process management andquality controlProject coordination, workflow optimization, andservice delivery mindsetExcellent communication, logical expression, andpolite listeningProven ability to foster teamwork and collaborationacross functionsStrong problem-solving and risk mitigationawarenessPaid leave, health insurance, meal vouchers, and transport reimbursement. Shift allowance and RTT applies to night, weekend, and public holiday work.Employment NotesThis is a 12-month fixed-term contract (CDD) aligned with a specific project timeline.
