Project Quality Manager Nucléaire role at Capgemini EngineeringJoin Capgemini Engineering, the world leader in engineering services, to manage quality within nuclear projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 19443 and Capgemini standards.ResponsibilitiesSet up, review, audit and continuously improve quality processes across projects.Ensure smooth transition between sales and delivery while maintaining Capgemini norms and contractual requirements.Lead project quality management: document control, support project managers, and run awareness initiatives.Track non‑conformities, perform root cause analysis, and monitor client satisfaction and complaints.Manage risks and opportunities, alert stakeholders on deviations, and measure performance via key indicators.Facilitate continuous improvement efforts, including lessons‑learned and establishment of best practices.Support internal audits, AFNOR certifications, and lead team meetings.Qualifications3‑5 years minimum experience in nuclear quality with knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 19443.Proactive mindset with strong analytical and synthesis skills.Autonomous work style with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent relational skills, capable of effective teamwork.Strong communication skills, including public speaking and meeting facilitation.Professional proficiency in English.Employment DetailsSeniority level: Mid‑SeniorEmployment type: ContractJob function: Quality AssuranceIndustries: IT Services and IT ConsultingLocation: Aix‑en‑Provence, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France. #J-18808-Ljbffr
