**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for developing AB Supplier Quality Guide, ensuring our Quality requirements are communicated to new and existing suppliers
- Provide QA input into supplier qualification program
- Oversee and manage the preparation of Quality documents for review/approval and manage through appropriate Quality system
- Manage the development, control, distribution, administration, and storage of all Quality related documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Quality forms and Quality checklists
- Partner with Product Development to ensure new product development incorporate required Quality principles

**Packaging**
- Check color and defect range boards received from suppliers (about 30 suppliers)
- Implement and monitor QC processes with packaging suppliers
- Implement and monitor goods in packaging processes with manufacturers and co-packers
- Manage quality issues/claims with packaging suppliers
- Carrying out a supplier review according to the brand’s quality requirements
- Organize transit tests for finished goods

**NPD Operations**
- Implement QC processes with manufacturers x 5 / co packers x 4
- Manage quality issues/claims with manufacturers/co packers
- Check/Implement Guidelines manufacturers and contribute the quality requirements for the Technical Product Dossier
- Control Finished Products vs Guidelines
- Manage the QC release process of finished products

**Formula**
- Review and monitor Certificates of Analysis, batch production records and other QC supplier documentation as required
- Support with validating and monitoring raw material shortages and substitutions
- Monitor suppliers for TFC8 handling and processes
- Support with scale up & first production process validation for NPDs
- Implement controls around the storage and transfer of bulks

**Requirements**:

- An experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience within the Cosmetic industry.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, 22716.
- BSc degree or proven experience in a related field: Cosmetics, Chemistry, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, etc.
- Fluency in both French & English desired.
- Global supplier experience highly regarded; strong experience within Europe preferred

Pay: 45,000.00€ - 65,000.00€ per year
