Opérations: Aider aux opérations quotidiennes: réassort, cabines d’essayage, encaissement si nécessaire. Esprit d’Équipe: Collaborer avec vos collègues pour créer une atmosphère inspirante et positive en boutique. Your mission Customer Experience: Welcome, engage, and advise our customers, ensuring every visit is memorable. Sales Support: Drive sales by understanding customer needs, showcasing products, and supporting in achieving store targets. Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the store’s image, keeping displays aligned with HOFF’s guidelines and standards. Operations: Assist with daily store operations, from stock replenishment and fitting room support to cashier duties when needed. Team Spirit: Collaborate with your colleagues to create an inspiring and positive atmosphere in the store. Interested? 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail, ideally in high-volume fashion retail or premium/lifestyle brands. A natural flair for customer service and sales. Intermedium level of spoken English (other languages will be highly valued). Interest in fashion, sneakers, and lifestyle trends. A proactive, team-player attitude with strong communication skills.
