**Outlet Store Manager - Paris-Giverny**

As Store Manager, you will be the first and foremost brand ambassador of the brand and values. You are responsible for nourishing a store environment of Service Excellence where the retail staff is accountable for demonstrating the behaviors, values, and commercial awareness required to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

**Responsibilities**

**Drive the Business & Deliver Results**
- To reach business goals and financial targets through a strategic approach focused on developing, monitoring and improving measurable statistics that drive the business towards quantitative and qualitative goals;
- To manage your team to maximize sales, traffic flow, floor coverage and customer engagement;
- To thrive in a customer service culture within your team by exceeding customers’ expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as the brand history;
- To mentor the team on how effectively capturing meaningful customer data according to the Company tools (CRM), for the purposes of connecting with clients, building relationships and personalising future client development opportunities;
- Promote a company culture of respect with open and constructive feedback, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment;
- To make sure all company policies and procedures are followed by every team members.

**Team & Talent Management**
- To set clear goals & expectations and hold people accountable to a high standard of excellence;
- To manage overall team performance & growth and find always new ways to train and motivate the team to go the extra miles.

**Brand Evangelism**
- Feel, teach and coach the brand aesthetic & embody a strong sense of fashion sensibility and an enthusiastic attitude towards internal & external customers;
- Oversee the development of clientele by designing & supporting strategic initiatives that build our customer base & increase repeat business.

**Visual & Operational Execution**
- Maintain the company’s standards of neat, clean and organized sales floor, cash wrap and fitting room ensuring store environment is safe for employees and customers;
- Generate and analyze merchandise reports and direct brand appropriate merchandising moves to maximize presentation and drive sales.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant retail management experience;
- Previous experience in managing a high-footfall location;
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation;
- Strong customer management abilities, service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills;
- Fluent communication in** French and English**.
