Job TitleBA Procurement – Freelance EmployerCollective.work BudgetTJM HT max 527 € (hors éventuels frais de mission, à discuter avec le client) Mission Context As part of an ongoing transformation of the procurement domain of an airplane company, we are addressing various streams, including Data, Processes, and Tools. In order to formalize our requirements and identify scenarios, we are seeking one consultant to support the first phase of our program, which will run until the end of March 2026. He will be supervised by an expert consultant. Mission Objective IT Business Analyst. Procurement Domain We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our procurement program. The primary mission is to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and formalize our functional requirements, with the objective of preparing for the launch of a Request For Information (RFI) at the end of the assignment. The Business Analyst will also play a key role during the RFI phase, supporting the process and analyzing bidders’ responses to help guide our selection process. Key Responsibilities Work with business teams to identify, collect, and document functional requirements for procurement processes and systems. Prepare and manage workshops with selected vendors and airplane company stakeholders. Identify scenarios. Formalize requirements into clear and comprehensive documentation. Assist the stream as PMO. Prepare all necessary materials to support a forthcoming RFI. Main Deliverables Expected Project management plan. Airplane company panel & stakeholders. Supplier panel. Process mapping. Data set mapping. Identification gaps. List of pain points. Map process/data/pain points. Pre‑requisites & alignment with other streams. IT interfaces with compatibility check or integrated solution (R2P). Global constraints. Use case descriptions. Associated data. Workshop materials. Evaluation grid template. Minutes of workshops. Match evaluation grid. Describe scenarios. Requirements for future RFI/RFP. Handover document. Profile Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in procurement projects. Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
