Account Manager Responsibilities Own the commercial relationship with your portfolio, acting as the client’s point of contact for all contract‑related matters Drive revenue growth by managing renewals, expansions, cross‑sells, and upsells Proactively minimize down sell and churn through early risk detection and action Deliver accurate revenue forecasting across renewals, expansions, and potential risks Build and maintain strong executive relationships and perform contact mapping to engage multiple stakeholders within the customer organization Lead negotiations and contract management to maximize Net Revenue Retention Partner with CSMs to align on customer health insights and retention strategies Hiring Process Phone call with Alexandre, our Talent Acquisition Manager Interview with Julie, Head of AM Business case with Julie and a member of the Revenue team Culture interview with Sophie, CRO Offer letter Requirements Core Competencies Strong analytical skills to manage revenue forecasting and portfolio performance Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to engage at executive level Resilience and result‑driven mindset, with proven ability to handle challenging situations Commercial orientation with the ability to identify and pursue revenue opportunities Expertise Experience in managing renewals, upsells, cross‑sells, and expansions within SaaS or account management Solid knowledge of contract management and legal/commercial processes Ability to perform contact mapping and build multithreaded relationships within client organizations Skilled at collaborating with cross‑functional teams (CSM, Product, Legal, Professional Services) to deliver customer and business outcomes Track Record Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding revenue targets by converting customer objectives into commercial opportunities Proven success in driving portfolio growth while minimizing churn and downsell Benefits Ticket restaurant 8 euros by day Malakoff Humanis Private insurance & Prevoyance 3 Remote days per week Flexible hours Bike mileage allowances or 50% of transportation tickets Remote allowances Weekly Happy Break on Thursday evening at the office with food and beverage Position Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Other Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
