ATR - AOQ Referent Structure (H/F) – AVIONS DE TRANSPORT REGIONAL (ATR) GIE Company: Avions de Transport Regional (ATR) GIE Location: Toulouse, Occitanie, France Job Summary ATR, the world’s leading regional aircraft manufacturer – a joint venture of Airbus and Leonardo – seeks an AOQ Structure Referent to join the Quality Directorate in Thomas’s team. This role functions as a cross‑functional AOQ referent for both the A and B chains, ensuring process excellence across the organization. Responsibilities Perform AOQ tasks on cross‑functional FAL structure activities. Represent QOM during night shifts. Act as QOM back‑up when QOM is absent. Define and arbitrate priorities with the FALs’ TLs and supporting professions. Serve as the technical reference for partners and structural subcontractors. Qualifications 5 to 7 years’ experience in the aeronautics industry. Knowledge of aero‑structure and helicopter production vision, as well as an overall view of the ATR industrial process. Experience with SAP PGI and ATR standards (ST3, ST5, ST7). Mastery of documents M‑033 and M‑071, EDM access, and tools such as ACPNG, Excel, Word, and workshop file. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Curiosity and a proactive mindset. Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus).
