Potential responsibilities Contribute to process, maintenance or reliability activities, including operation support, optimization, modifications, and/or continuous improvement initiatives. Support safe, reliable, and sustainable plant operations, with a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental performance. Work closely with experienced engineers, operators, and/or cross‑functional teams on day‑to‑day operations and project work. Actively develop engineering knowledge and skills by applying fundamentals in day‑to‑day operational and project activities, supported by on‑the‑job training and mentorship. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field with some practical experience. Proficient in English and knowledge of local language is an added advantage. Enthusiastic about tackling complex technical challenges, demonstrating open‑mindedness, curiosity, and a solution‑oriented mindset.
