As a **Team Leader Network & Security Services (M/F/d)** you will report to D&I Senior Manager Infrastructure & Cloud Management in the Digital & Information department based in **Blieskastel or Obernai** for a **permanent**contract.

In your function as **Team Leader Network & Security Services (M/F/d)**you are responsible for an international Team managing the whole connectivity for the Hager Group.

**Your mission**
- Managing an international Team of IT Specialists and close collaboration within the Operations and Security Department and also across IT
- Responsibility for the global Hager Network (e.g. SD - WAN, LAN, WIFI, Telephony, etc.), the global Security Operations (e.g. Firewall, Antivirus, Mailsecurity, etc.)
- Planning and coordination of complex projects in the above mentioned scope.
- Managing Partners and Suppliers and coordinating actions regarding Level 2 and Level 3 Support
- Support our internal customers both in the realization of specific projects and in day-to-day support, which consists of processing incoming development and support requests as well as trouble tickets

**Your profile**
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a similar field
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience and solid expertise in managing an international Team
- Strong experience in Infrastructure (especially Networking and Security) and Knowledge in ITIL and ability to push it into an organisation
- Fluent in English (required), knowledge of German or French (desirable)
- Ability to work in an international team, strong customer orientation and very good communication skills as well as strong leading and motivation capabilities
- Global thinking: driving customer's needs and balancing the added value for Hager Group
- Structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach to work with strong analytical skills
- Flexible and stress resistant personality with a willingness to travel between our locations Blieskastel and Obernai, international travel depending on projects (rarely)
