The opportunity We have a number of exciting freelance opportunities for workplace safety and operations risk management experts who have the ability to coach and influence technical experts in a range of safety and operations risk management. You will be working as part of a DSS+ team on a freelance basis, expected to deliver training and support on safety solutions design and implementation. About You Our community of Independent Contractors are subject matter experts with experience gained within our core industries. As an Independent Contractor, you will have a demonstrable track record in auditing, designing and implementing workplace safety cultural change through coaching and mentoring a range of stakeholders. This will include HSE/workplace safety and operations risk management. You will have experience in the following: Coaching team leaders and managers to help effect cultural and behavioural change Working as a safety coach in heavy industry/steel manufacturing You will be fluent in French and English, able to read, write, and speak the languages in a professional environment. As a freelance or interim professional, you will be looking to work with DSS+ on various projects as one of your portfolio of clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
