Work in Portugal – Customer Care/French Market (Remote with Accommodation) Global People Sphere invites French‑speaking talent to join our Customer Support team. This remote role will be based in Portugal and offers an attractive salary package with optional accommodation. Position Details Position: Customer Support Representative Location: Remote in Portugal Market: French‑speaking Your Main Responsibilities Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication Perform back‑office tasks that may involve outbound calls Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success Maintain accurate records using CRM tools Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines Provide operational feedback and, when needed, elevate cases to higher tiers Salary & Benefits Salary: up to €1,000 + performance & complexity bonus gross/monthly (14 salaries per year) Relocation support for candidates moving from abroad (exceptional) Accommodation option: studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months; rent €280/month with utilities included (deducted from payslip) Working conditions: 40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break 22 vacation days per year; paid on Portuguese public holidays Why Portugal?
