Nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste des Solutions Techniques pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous fournirez un support technique à distance dans les domaines technique et diagnostique, pour l’ensemble de notre gamme de produits de laboratoires médicaux et d’automatisation (y compris Transfusion, Laboratoires Cliniques et Point de Care/Molecular). Vous communiquerez avec nos clients par email et téléphone. What You’ll Be Doing Investigate, troubleshoot, and manage customer chemistry, equipment and software complaints and inquiries according to internal procedures and customer requirements. Participate in on-call rotations. Maintain technical competence, knowledge of company procedures, and customer-related skills. Work independently and as part of a team. Contribute to process improvements. Attend meetings with affiliates, on-site or by call. What You’ll Need To Succeed Educated as a medical laboratory technologist, biomedical or technical background or life sciences preferred, possibly with experience in customer relationship management or in a medical laboratory. Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Science, Engineering or Biomedical Engineering preferred. Computer networking skills are a plus. Willing to become an expert in new technologies.
