Excellence and trust for our customers and partners have always been our main values; it is for this reason that Ortho is one of the best players in the IVD sector. **Your new role**: **What you'll be doing**: - Investigate, troubleshoot, and manages customer chemistry, equipment and software complaints and inquiries in accordance with internal procedures and customers’ requirements. - Participation to on-calls. - Maintain technical self-competence, knowledge of company procedures, and customer-related skills.
