We are looking to hire a permanent, full‑time employee to lead our French customer relationships. Responsibilities Take care of all communication with French customers. Introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. Train operational managers (remotely or on site) for product usage. Identify and eliminate onboarding blockers in coordination with customers and internal teams. Upgrade solutions for existing clients. Use proximity to customers to continuously improve our product and processes. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, preferably with proof of successful projects. A structured, clean way of working, even under stress, keeping several tasks in the air. Clear and confident communication at C‑level, even in tense situations. Willingness to travel to customers. Native or bilingual in French, confident in business English, keen to work in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in automotive or software is a plus.
