Job Purpose
To embody Miu Miu’s brand philosophy and values; guide clients into the brand’s world, deliver memorable luxury experiences, and maximize individual and team sales.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment, meet client needs, and provide excellent service in accordance with the “client journey ceremony.”
- Capture customer data into the company CRM to deepen relationships and offer personalized approaches.
- Embrace and promote the Omni‑Channel mindset.
- Collaborate with colleagues, foster open communication, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace.
- Provide an outstanding in‑store experience and proactively engage in cross‑selling across departments.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors; maintain brand and product knowledge.
- Effectively manage customer complaints in coordination with line management.
- Maintain shop‑floor, visual displays, and operational guidelines; ensure high security and reduce product theft.
Knowledge and Skills
- Passion for selling and store experience.
- Curiosity and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
- Experience building long‑lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambition, resilience, self‑motivation, results‑driven, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluent spoken French and English expected.
