Your Role We are looking for a Ground test operator to join our Quality Directorate in Mohamed El banaoui’s team. Your Mission Within the Quality Department, the Ground test operator will act as a navigation functional test referent for the B customization line. Responsibilities Represent QOM on night shifts Act as QOM back-up when QOM is absent Define and arbitrate priorities with the FALs' TLs and support professions Be our technical reference for our partners and subcontractors Execute test procedures and certify compliance, actively participate in product and activity monitoring, perform inspection operations and write up assembly anomalies Escalate events for analysis by quality assurance Validate and certify on the file of each aircraft the conformity of the product in respect of the definition by the execution of the test procedures planned or relaunched by FRE Manage test procedures with assistants, report defects and trace necessary test retakes Ensure the safety of these tests Monitor the consideration and correction of reported and repetitive assembly anomalies Report and record assembly anomalies detected under SAP Report and remove FOD before closing Check the restoration and their conformity to the plans or tolerances Know the rules for installing systems on board aircraft, assembly precautions, routing, segregations, etc. Ensure the monitoring of the aircraft file Participation in process analyses Increment the airplane folder for archiving Take responsibility for area closures and follow up on cases Certify the different control phases in the SAP tool Report difficulties to superiors, particularly in the event of schedule deviations About You 5/7 years' experience in the aeronautics industry Knowledge of production activity/global vision of the ATR industrial process and aircraft systems Use of SAP PGI/experience of ATR standards (ST3/ST5/ST7) Mastery of documents M-033 and M-071; mastery of EDM access; knowledge of ACPNG, Excel, Word, workshop file Excellent oral and written communication skills Curiosity Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus) Ready to join and contribute to ATR's mission to connect communities and businesses Recruitment Process Mohamed will contact you Innovative and digital assessment Interview with Mohamed, then with a Talent Acquisition Partner What We Offer Highly competitive compensation package (profit and participation sharing, employee savings plan) Work-life balance (remote working, 6th week of paid leave, additional days off for family events) Well-being/health (supplementary health & welfare coverage) Career paths enabling employees to develop their skills and build a professional project Wide choice of development programs for soft and hard skills CSE: ATR (family and employee events) and Airbus CSE (travel, vacation camps) Diversity and inclusion: over 1200 colleagues from 35+ nationalities ATR is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment.
