We are looking for a **Head Of Run Up**to come onboard in our **Quality Flight Line & Delivery Directorate**in **Nadege**’s team : a team of **9**collaborators

**_Your Mission: _**
As a member of the Quality Delivery team, manage, lead, develop, and engage a team of Ground Test Engineer (Run-up operator) to meet quality, safety, schedule, cost, and environmental requirements.
Promote continuous improvement and ensure effective communication within the team and with key interfaces.

**_Your Responsibilities: _**
- Manage and organize the work of Ground Test Engineer (under delegation from Flight Test) covering the quality control program from the start of ground testing through to the ferry flight, including rework and troubleshooting during flight tests, ground checks and tests, inspections, and troubleshooting under Part 1G.
- Monitor the qualifications of the Ground Test Engineer.
- Act as the focal point for the Ground Test Engineer team.
- Provide technical support to teams during troubleshooting.
- Manage the interface with the Flight Test department, production services, quality and FAL production, Customer Line teams, and operational quality assurance.
- Lead and ensure team cohesion, contributing to both individual and collective development.
- Draft and sign Form 53 post-CDN (CRS).

**What makes you a great fit?**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aeronautics
- Knowledge of ATR systems. (Training T1 /T2) & Training Engine Run Up
- Understanding of quality management systems and Part 21G regulations.
- Familiarity with tools and methods used (SAP-ALB-EQLB).
- Knowledge of runway safety practices and procedures.
- Technical English skills

Favoriser l'amélioration continue et assurer une communication efficace au sein de l'équipe et des interfaces clés.
