Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Client Advisor H/F pour notre flagship situé Rue Montaigne. En tant qu’Ambassadeur de la Maison, vous devrez posséder d’excellentes compétences commerciales et relationnelles. Responsibilities Accueillir, conseiller et vendre à notre clientèle; Exemplarité pour l’équipe; Respecter les process, les guidelines et le grooming de la maison; Veiller au bon merchandising et à la gestion des stocks; Atteindre les objectifs commerciaux fixés; Maîtriser les indicateurs de performance et les outils de gestion. Qualifications Vous disposez d’une expérience d’au moins 2 ans dans le secteur du luxe, ce qui vous permet d’atteindre d’excellentes performances en vente tout en offrant un service de qualité. Polyvalent(e), disponible et rigoureux(e), vous êtes attentif(ve) aux besoins de notre clientèle pour mieux les conseiller et les fidéliser. Votre dynamisme, votre professionnalisme et votre goût du challenge sont des atouts essentiels pour réussir dans ce rôle. La maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
