Client Advisor (VIC Manager)- Paris

About the Position:

As a VIC Manager, the key responsibilities would include:

  • Bringing your network of couture buyers/clients to the business and introducing them to the brand
  • Managing the couture client process, and CRM strategy - from ordering, packaging to delivery and fittings of the garments.
  • Maintain all relationships with couture buyers and clients, being the sole POC for the brand.
  • Optimising the brand merchandise and working to build the couture sales pipeline through advising the design, marketing and sales teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years Experience in Luxury Couture / Luxury Retail
  • Experience in Managing couture customers
  • Degree/Diploma in Fashion
