To be centrally located and close to our clients, you ideally reside in the **Bordeaux area**. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we are looking for candidates who share that same commitment.**Role and Responsibilities*** Identify, target, and secure new key accounts in alignment with company objectives.* Expand business with existing clients by promoting additional products and applications.* Develop and execute customer-specific account strategies.* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements to ensure profitability and growth.* Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Operations to promote Nordson solutions.* Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure timely delivery and support.* Provide market intelligence to internal teams to guide product development and innovation.**Skills and Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.* MBA or advanced business qualification is a plus.* Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the industrial, or technical markets* Professional English and French language skills are a must have.* A valid driving license is mandatory* Experience in negotiating complex contracts and long-term supply agreements* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/365 tools.* Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (Value Selling, SPIN, Solution Selling)**Travel*** 70% travelling incl. regular overnight stays (weekly 1-2)**Benefits**We offer a flexible work schedule, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development.
