Measure and analyze campaign performance to improve efficacy using KPIs. Requirements Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years of experience in CRM and commercial engagement. Strong familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce. Excellent communication and team management skills. Proven leadership in restructuring CRM departments and improving processes.
