By collaborating with leadership, you'll establish clear performance metrics and operational structures that align teams towards shared goals. Accountabilities Own and improve the company’s operating model, ensuring effective planning and execution. Establish and maintain company-wide KPIs and reporting in collaboration with data and finance teams. Lead initiatives related to revenue and operations, such as pricing strategy and forecasting. Enhance cross-team coordination and documentation in a fully remote work environment. Act as a trusted partner to the leadership team to translate strategy into actionable plans. Provide structure and clarity to complex projects across various functions. Requirements 8+ years of experience in operations or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment. Strong experience with data analysis, metrics, and BI dashboard reporting. Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote and low-bureaucracy organization. Experience collaborating with various teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance. Excellent analytical skills combined with effective written communication.
