The Insurance Team offers an opportunity to have a significant impact on people’s health across multiple countries. We provide technical leadership and expertise on healthcare and death & disability insurance, collaborating with data scientists, designers, engineers, and product managers to build differentiated products and a fair price. We manage offers for large companies and civil servants, monitor the portfolio, manage risks, and maintain trusted relationships with regulators. The team moves fast, with ownership, and tackles big problems. Your role Partner with sales teams to price and develop compelling proposals for very large corporate clients and public institutions. Serve as a trusted technical advisor in client meetings, delivering expert insights that build confidence in our solutions. Design delightful insurance products meeting member needs and regulatory requirements. Support key account managers in nurturing and renewing our most strategic client relationships. Develop scalable tools, frameworks, and knowledge resources that empower our sales teams. Is it you we’re looking for? Are able to navigate and synthesize technical, data, legal, and business considerations related to health and income protection insurance. Two years of experience in Health and/or Prevoyance insurance are a plus but not required. Are analytical and structured, with a fact-based decision-making style. Are excited about bringing technical expertise in a business-centric context. Are willing to deeply change the insurance industry and challenge the status quo. Approach challenges with a scalability perspective, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems. Have strong written communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts. Are fluent in French (for French clients) and English (Alan’s working language).
