Your role :Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager - Global Operations, the Internal Auditor will have the following responsibilities:Conduct operational, compliance and financial audits in the operation environment (manufacturing plants, RX labs, distribution centers, supply chain organizations etc.) under the coordination of the lead auditor.Analyze data and SAP transactions to identify anomalies, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Be potentially available for other kind of audit (financial, compliance and investigation related reviews).Work closely with the business and audit department staff to develop risk assessments, implement opportunities, and recommendations regarding business and process optimization, profit improvement, internal control, and compliance.Develop an ongoing "trusted advisor" relationship and maintain active communication with audit clients and Internal Audit business unit colleagues to ensure timely and consistent adviceMain requirements :Master or MBA in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Statistics and at least 2 years of experience in internal audit, manufacturing excellence and process improvement within international environments.Solid knowledge and passion to audit operational processes (including, but not limited to Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Process and Product Engineering etc.) and analyze operational KPIs to assess opportunities of savings, cost optimization, process improvements etc.Good knowledge of SAP and data analytics tools (Power BI, ACL advance Excel for instance).Fluent English is mandatory in this job. Other language speaking is a plus (Chinese, Italian, French, Portuguese, or another language relevant to the region).Nice to have:Good knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is considered a plus.CPA, CIA, or other relevant certifications (CFE, ACCA, CISA) will be a plus to your application.This role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders, international environments and opportunities for professional growth.You will be contacted by HR Department to guide you through the specific steps for your application.Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitmentWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
