Dans ce contexte de « scale-up » et comme l’humain est au cœur du succès de cette start’up, différents enjeux et chantiers RH ont été identifiés qui conduisent à accueillir un profil RH expérimenté, capable de formuler des recommandations stratégiques mais aussi de conduire et implémenter des projets de A à Z et mettre en place les process dans un souci constant de compliance RH et de bien‑être des collaborateurs.Vous travaillerez en collaboration directe avec le CEO, pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie RH en alignement avec les objectifs de l’entreprise et conseiller les dirigeants sur les orientations.Vous aurez un rôle central dans l’attraction et la rétention des talents sur des viviers en tension avec une forte compétition internationale. Vous mettrez en place une gestion efficace des talents, incluant l’anticipation des besoins en compétences, le recrutement, l’onboarding, la formation continue et la gestion des carrières des collaborateurtrices. Agissant comme HR Partner, vous contribuerez à identifier les souhaits de développement professionnel et les besoin en compétences pour promouvoir l’envie de se dépasser et grandir en permanence. Vous empowerez aussi les managers afin de devenir les meilleurs leaders.Vous mettrez en place un système de gestion de la performance et appuierez les managers sur les processus d’évaluation dans une logique de feedbacks constructifs et d’amélioration permanente. Vous mettrez aussi en place une nouvelle politique salariale et de bonus. Vous définirez les indicateurs pertinents en termes d’égalité professionnelle, de diversité, d’inclusion, d’impact et de RSE et suivrez l’évolution.Avec le support de prestataires, vous coordonnerez l’administration du personnel, les dossiers du personnel, la paie, les congés, les absences, les formalités liés aux profils internationaux tout en assurant en permanence le respect des réglementations et des législations en vigueur en matière de droit du travail.Vous concevrez et mettrez en œuvre des initiatives pour promouvoir le bien‑être et la satisfaction des employés et limiter les RPS. Afin de contribuer à un climat harmonieux autour d’un fort esprit d’équipe, malgré les milliers de kilomètres séparant certains collaborateurs, vous mettrez aussi en place des événements de teambuilding.ProfilTitulaire d’un doctorat ou master en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe, vous témoignez d’une expérience d’au moins 6 ans en gestion des ressources humaines dans un environnement lié à l’innovation, la recherche ou la technologie. Une expérience de mise en conformité des process RH et d’une phase de croissance rapide d’une start’up seraient des atouts importants.Dynamique et avec le goût du résultat, vous savez prioriser et organiser votre travail. Vous savez conduire des projets complexes avec plusieurs parties prenantes et avez de bonnes compétences en gestion du changement et en résolution de problèmes. Vous appréciez la polyvalence et savez jongler entre plusieurs projets. Vous aimez processer, documenter et rendre efficace et traçable vos actions.Vous recherchez un environnement multiculturel et êtes bilingue anglais / français pour être parfaitement à l’aise dans les interactions avec les collaborateurs internationaux et appuyer la structure US. Vous connaissez le droit du travail français et des réglementations en vigueur et les enjeux de QVCT.Proactivité et leadership vous caractérisent, vous savez faire preuve d’assertivité et assumez vos décisions.
