An international client with an office just outside of southern Paris is seeking an experienced and independent HR Generalist who can cover the following responsibilities among others:
- Contribute to developing and implementing human resources policies.
- Serve as the initial contact point for employees and line managers regarding personnel and labor law queries.
- Oversee accurate reporting activities related to local personnel.
- Stay abreast of changes in local legislation, labor law, and market developments, reporting significant changes to the line manager.
- Participating in management of employee representatives & works council relation being the 1st point of contact for them.
- Manage HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and GDPR in HR systems.
- Act as the primary liaison for external payroll services.
- Lead HR audit processes.
- Contribute to developing and implementing human resources policies.
- Maintain regular communication with employees to understand daily challenges and highlights.
- Participate in various regional projects.
What your profile should look like:
- 5+ years of experience in a comparable HR role.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
- Native French, along with strong written and spoken English language skills.
- Exhibit an understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Possess a solid knowledge of local labor legislations.
- Works council experience; experience being the main point of contact and leading the communications.
- Previous experience working in an international organization.
