Business Development Manager (m/w/d) - Frankreich WIR SUCHEN DICH Für den Ausbau unserer Geschäftsaktivitäten in Frankreich suchen wir für unseren Standort in Paris ein hochmotiviertes neues Teammitglied in Vollzeit. Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Vertrieb und/oder in der Beschaffung mit und hast deine bisherigen Kenntnisse in der Biomasse Branche, speziell in den Bereichen nachwachsende Rohstoffe oder in der Kreislaufwirtschaft gesammelt? Darüber hinaus handelst du erfolgsorientiert und bist motiviert, Spitzenleistungen zu erzielen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig Werde Teil der Brüning Group und unterstütze uns als Business Development Manager (m/w/d), Paris, Frankreich. Deine Aufgaben Identifikation und Umsetzung von Wachstumschancen und Definition von Kunden- und Lieferantenprofilen hauptsächlich für unsere Units Biomasse Frischholz oder Recycling & Waste Betreuung und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie Ausbau des Netzwerks Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten in Frankreich Identifikation von Kundenbedarfen und Entwicklung passender Geschäftskonzepte Aufbau, Entwicklung und Koordination nationaler und internationaler Stoffströme gemäß den jeweiligen Kunden- und Marktanforderungen Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und Lieferanten Erreichen von Vertriebs- und Beschaffungszielen in Abstimmung mit den Vorgesetzten Dein Profil Du zeichnest dich durch eine flexible, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus, verfügst über analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung. Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrungen in der Biomassebranche (nachwachsende Rohstoffe) oder Recycling & Waste mit. Du bringst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft im Geschäftsgebiet mit und kannst regelmäßige Besprechungen in der Zentrale in Bremen, Deutschland, gut mit deinem privaten Umfeld vereinbaren. Du bist kommunikativ, arbeitest gerne im Team und pflegst einen offenen sowie transparenten Umgang mit deinen internationalen Kolleg:innen und Vorgesetzten. Du sprichst Französisch auf Muttersprachler-Niveau und fließend Englisch; Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss. Du erfüllst unsere Anforderungen nicht zu 100%?
